Inbound Sales Specialist – Upsell & Customer Support

About the role

National Pen is seeking motivated inbound sales specialists to join its Montego Bay contact centre. The role focuses on upselling products through phone, web, email and chat interactions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound sales orders from phone, web, email and chat channels.
• Support Upsell Sales, Inbound Web Sales and Inbound Mail Order Sales.
• Assist Customer Care with overflow calls and follow up on order or service issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Track and report backlog metrics to management.
• Work flexible 8.5‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (including English and Math).
• Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commissions.
• Ability to communicate clearly across phone, email and chat.
• Good attendance and willingness to support the entire inbound team as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
