Application Support Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote Application Support Engineer who thrives on solving complex, ambiguous tickets. You will use a blend of deep technical knowledge and AI tools to diagnose and resolve issues that go beyond standard scripted solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets by reproducing errors, analyzing logs, and examining API behavior.
• Leverage AI assistance while validating outputs against authentic documentation.
• Communicate clear, concise updates to customers to de‑escalate situations.
• Document diagnostic steps for future reference and AI workflow improvement.
• Gain competency across multiple products within the first month.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical or customer support.
• Strong judgment in uncertain situations and ability to work independently.
• Comfort with handling diverse technology stacks and rapidly changing environments.
