Application Support Engineer – Remote

About the role

This remote position is for an Application Support Engineer who thrives on solving complex, ambiguous tickets. You will work with a mix of hands‑on troubleshooting and AI‑augmented analysis to diagnose and resolve issues that cannot be handled by standard scripts or L1 processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end ticket resolution, reproducing failures and investigating logs, API behavior and JSON payloads.
• Combine human judgment with AI tools, validating and correcting AI‑generated suggestions.
• Communicate clearly with customers to defuse tension and provide concise, accurate updates.
• Document diagnostic steps and escalation notes for future reference and AI workflow improvement.
• Gain proficiency across multiple products within the first month and continuously expand technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in unclear contexts with misconfigured systems and conflicting evidence.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make sound judgments without heavy reliance on managers.
• Enjoys tackling the hardest tickets and can operate independently.
