Application Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to tackle complex, ambiguous tickets that require deep technical investigation and sound judgment. The role is fully remote and focuses on issues that cannot be resolved by automated AI or standard scripts, demanding hands‑on troubleshooting and clear communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve escalated support tickets involving REST APIs, JSON payloads, and HTTP status codes.
• Replicate issues, analyze logs, and examine system configurations to identify root causes.
• Leverage AI tools as an aid, validating outputs against authentic documentation and evidence.
• Maintain ownership of incidents until resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Compose concise, customer‑focused communications to defuse tension and convey solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on technical experience in a support or engineering role.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work across multiple technology stacks.
