About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating reservations, confirmations, and any required adjustments.
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain accurate client and booking records.
• Follow up on pending requests and gather required information.
• Communicate with service providers when necessary.
