About the role

Contax360 BPO Solutions is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for its Montego Bay office. This position involves handling inbound and outbound communications for a global client base, providing accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
• Resolve issues, process transactions, and document interactions according to company guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Meet performance targets for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid government‑issued photo ID, Tax Registration Number (TRN) and National Insurance Scheme (NIS) number.
• Ability to provide a recent police record and pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
