French Customer Support Representative

About the role

This position handles inbound and outbound service inquiries for company products and platforms. The French Representative will interact with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a high‑quality experience. Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in French, providing timely and consistent responses.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all products, platforms, and policies.

Required profile
