About the role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Zone Manager to lead maintenance activities across several facilities in a defined geographic area. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safety while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, budgets, costs, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Coordinate contractors, resources, spare parts, and maintenance projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Report results and improvement plans to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and multi‑site operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and equipment reliability.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
