Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Guest Experience Specialist to support our clients throughout their travel and accommodation journey. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication, accurate coordination, and dependable follow‑up to create a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services.
• Assist with reservations, service coordination, and provide confirmations and updates.
• Review details for accuracy and handle modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and follow up on pending requests.
• Coordinate with service providers when additional assistance is required.
• Address client questions, provide solutions, and ensure a high standard of professional service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Comfortable using email and digital platforms.
• Problem‑solving orientation and reliable follow‑up.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or guest‑service is a plus but not mandatory.
