Holistic Health Practitioner – Wellness Resort

About the role

The Holistic Health Practitioner will join ZenoVerse Wellness Group’s flagship resort in Negril, Jamaica, delivering personalized wellness assessments and coaching within an immersive, health‑focused environment. This contract position works directly with guests, 120Club members and cross‑functional teams to create and sustain integrative health plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one wellness consultations and develop individualized health plans.
• Facilitate group workshops, classes and wellness coaching sessions for resort guests.
• Coordinate with hospitality, agriculture and med‑tech teams to align guest programs with resort services.
• Maintain accurate wellness records, follow‑up plans and progress tracking.
• Educate guests on nutrition, lifestyle changes and mind‑body practices to support long‑term health.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in holistic health, nutrition and the ability to design integrative wellness plans.
• Strong capabilities in holistic life coaching and behavior‑change support.
• Experience delivering wellness coaching, group sessions and workshops.
• Relevant certification or training in holistic health, coaching, nutrition or related disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centered, non‑judgmental approach.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Negril and collaborate with multidisciplinary resort teams.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, spa or resort wellness settings is an asset.
• Commitment to sustainable practices, continuous learning and ethical, inclusive guest care.
