About the role

We are seeking a personable and detail‑oriented Hospitality Experience Coordinator to guide clients through every step of their travel and stay experience. You will act as the primary point of contact, turning client preferences into seamless reservations and memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze client preferences, requests, and special requirements.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation options, and related services.
• Coordinate reservations, confirm details, and manage any modifications or special requests.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and follow‑up schedules.
• Communicate updates, confirmations, and important information to clients in a timely manner.
• Liaise with hospitality providers and service partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide responsive, professional support throughout the client journey.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable conducting online research and learning new digital platforms.
• Professional, responsive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
