About the role

Centerfield is seeking an Inbound Call Center Agent to join its Montego Bay team. You will engage with customers via phone, using a consultative sales approach to match them with the best products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize a customer‑focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects on suitable offerings.
• Answer inbound calls and sales inquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of the company’s product features and business applications.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the sales team.

• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication abilities.

Required skills
