About the role

The Tryall Club, a premier private residential and luxury resort community in Montego Bay, Jamaica, is seeking a visionary Managing Director to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will lead the Club through its next phase of growth while preserving its heritage and delivering exceptional experiences for owners, members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Club’s strategic vision and Board‑approved priorities.
• Ensure financial sustainability through disciplined budgeting, revenue generation and capital investment planning.
• Oversee all operational areas to maintain high service standards across villas, golf, beach, dining and wellness facilities.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with owners, members, guests and community stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and empower a high‑performing Executive Leadership Team.
• Partner with the Board to provide sound strategic advice and governance.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in luxury hospitality, resort or private club management.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and managing large budgets.
• Exceptional leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to balance stakeholder expectations while preserving brand heritage.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
