Operational Support Analyst – Jamaica

About the role

We are looking for an Operational Support Analyst to provide comprehensive operational and financial support in Jamaica. The role focuses on accurate cost and expense accrual, development of financial reports, inventory monitoring, and continuous improvement of processes to add value for internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Update, validate and release management reports.
• Monitor budget execution, raise alerts and provide recommendations for compliance.
• Execute monthly operational closing processes.
• Prepare and release Best Estimates on schedule.
• Support PACS compliance, including RSI, obsolete items and commercial authorization routes.
• Calculate and monitor operational KPIs.
• Build and maintain cost and inventory reports using pivot tables.
• Follow up on alerts for the Operational Support team to ensure process control.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Provide support to the Operations team and assist with RSI topics.
• Participate in PACS, SOX and KPMG audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, KPI monitoring, budget management and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑service orientation and schedule flexibility.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Power BI (asset).
