Patient Enrollment Coordinator

About the role

The Patient Enrollment Coordinator works onsite in Montego Bay, supporting U.S. operations from a call‑center environment. You will connect eligible older adults with preventive care services such as Chronic Care Management, Behavioral Health Integration, and Remote Physiological Monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients identified as eligible for care‑management programs and provide education on available services.
• Document all verbal and written communications accurately, following established protocols.
• Maintain a minimum of 12 call attempts per hour and achieve at least 2 enrollments per hour.
• Use multiple scripts and the Cosán e‑consent platform to guide patients through the enrollment process.
• Meet daily call volume targets and adhere to Quality Assurance metrics.
• Report any enrollment issues or concerns to management promptly.

Required profile

• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• At least 2 years of sales or call‑center experience.
• Minimum of three CXC/CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English; a science subject is preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while engaging patients.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with call‑center software and documentation tools.
• Ability to follow scripted processes and adapt to new software quickly.
