Project Manager – Property & Lease Transition (4‑month contract)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead a strategic property and lease transition project, overseeing the transfer of leased assets to a third party. This is a four‑month, project‑based assignment that requires end‑to‑end delivery, governance compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the full project plan, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Act as the primary project lead, providing direction and decision support across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare and present regular updates, risk reports and escalation items to senior stakeholders.
• Supervise a team of at least three project coordinators and other resources, assigning workstreams and monitoring performance.
• Validate lease documentation, ownership verification and related trackers.
• Lead escalation and resolution of complex lease, ownership or documentation issues.
• Coordinate lease negotiations with property owners and liaise with legal, commercial and operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects within defined governance and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address lease and ownership challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
