Quality Assurance Coordinator – Onsite Jamaica

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will ensure high‑quality patient care at Cosán Group’s Jamaica delivery centre. Working onsite in a call‑center environment, you will audit clinical interactions, verify compliance with CMS regulations and provide constructive feedback to improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly quality assurance audits of clinical staff, reviewing recorded patient calls and care plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess patient communication for empathy, compassion and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Document audit findings using QA forms and deliver written and verbal feedback to Care Coordinators.
• Support new clinical hires by performing 2–3 QA reviews during weeks 3 and 4 of employment.
• Communicate performance issues to the QA Supervisor and Clinical Managers, escalating quality concerns as needed.
• Participate in QA huddles and team meetings to reinforce quality expectations.
• Manage assigned audit tasks efficiently, meeting established timelines and production standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of care‑coordination workflows and CMS regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide respectful, constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, onsite call‑center environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Hourly compensation of JMD $850.
• Full‑time onsite schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
