Real Estate Sales Agent – Montego Bay

About the role

Coldwell Banker Jamaica Realty is expanding its Montego Bay office and seeks motivated, licensed real estate sales agents to grow a thriving business in Western Jamaica. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing residential, commercial, or luxury property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on Western Jamaica property trends.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate Salesman Licence or successful completion of the required examinations.
• Strong sales aptitude, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay accountable and consistently pursue business opportunities.
• Previous experience in real estate or general sales is an asset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Western Jamaica real estate market (preferred).
