Regional Maintenance Manager

About the role

Royalton Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and engineering strategy for its Jamaican resorts. Based in Montego Bay, you will oversee two existing properties and support upcoming openings, ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align the regional maintenance and engineering strategy for all Jamaican properties.
• Provide leadership and operational support to on‑site Maintenance Managers.
• Implement consistent preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Establish engineering standards, procedures, KPIs and monitor performance.
• Partner with General Managers to identify infrastructure risks and create action plans.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, energy efficiency, utilities management, safety and asset preservation.
• Oversee maintenance performance, recurring technical issues, operational risks and capital requirements.
• Support the creation of annual maintenance plans, budgets, CAPEX priorities and major engineering projects.
• Develop technical leaders, strengthen accountability and build succession within the team.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in maintenance, engineering or facilities management within hotels or large‑scale resorts.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple properties or complex hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and resort infrastructure.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects, renovations, hotel openings or major technical projects.
