Remote Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking motivated, organized, and customer‑focused individuals to join our travel team as Remote Travel Consultants. In this independent‑contractor position you will help clients research, plan, and book vacation experiences while delivering excellent service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in designing vacations that match their preferences, budgets, and timelines.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, packages, transportation options, and other travel products.
• Prepare and present travel quotes, itineraries, and booking options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved suppliers and platforms.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records and monitor payments and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel bookings.
• Stay updated on supplier promotions, destination news, and travel requirements.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional‑development activities.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry.
