Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. Working remotely, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and creating new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers through multiple channels.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct other prospecting activities.
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and consistently follow up.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and target markets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, business development, or lead generation (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new prospects.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient to rejection, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work‑from‑home setup.
