Social Media Manager

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead organic social efforts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms. You will create engaging content, manage community interactions, and ensure the brand voice remains consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and curate social media content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Repurpose long‑form assets into short‑form posts, stories, and reels.
• Schedule and publish content, maintaining calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and pre‑sale or post‑purchase inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Track engagement, moderation volume, and performance metrics, surfacing insights regularly.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for both content and community management.
• Excellent written communication with a keen eye for brand tone.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and content calendars.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
