Solar Sales Specialist – Remote (Jamaica)

About the role

As a Solar Ambassador you will use your communication and sales skills to educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy with no out‑of‑pocket costs, helping them save money while supporting a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners in prime solar areas, build rapport, set and reschedule appointments.
• Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental advantages of installing solar now while government incentives are available.
• Manage CRM data, provide customer service, use sales resources and receive ongoing coaching.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written English (C1 level) and residence in Jamaica.
• Willingness to learn from training and apply new methods.
• Highly incentive‑motivated with a desire for high earnings paid weekly.
• Outgoing, professional personality with a strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated, able to meet and exceed performance goals independently.
• Tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented and able to work a flexible schedule (Monday‑Friday, optional Saturday shift).
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer and headset.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy solutions and sustainability initiatives.
