About the role

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Chef to lead the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of a diverse range of dishes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑growing environment, embraces challenges, and is passionate about delivering memorable culinary experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and execute the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
• Plan, price, and develop menu items while balancing quality, cost, and variety.
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients, adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, inventory, and food costs.
• Ensure compliance with local and national food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary team to create innovative menu offerings.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Address customer concerns related to food quality and preparation.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional culinary experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a kitchen setting.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification; American Culinary Federation (ACF) membership preferred.
