Account Executive – Mortgage Services

About the role

The Account Executive at Themis Mortgage will work on‑site in Montego Bay, helping clients navigate mortgage products and the loan process. This full‑time position focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering ethical lending solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, explain mortgage products, and guide customers through loan application and approval.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, follow up on leads, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation.
• Conduct client meetings, monitor loan pipelines, and meet performance targets.
• Stay informed about mortgage regulations, market trends, and represent Themis Mortgage with professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales or account management, preferably within financial services, banking, or mortgage lending.
• Solid understanding of basic financial concepts, loan products, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Montego Bay and adapt in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment.
