Advertising Account Executive

About the role

The Advertising Account Executive acts as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, overseeing the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and ensuring client satisfaction and profitability. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional project execution, and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact, develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, translate needs into clear briefs, maintain proactive communication, and present proposals and performance reports.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources across creative, design, media, digital, and production teams; oversee quality and budget compliance.
• Support strategic and commercial management by identifying cross‑selling opportunities, contributing to new‑business pitches, and providing insights for brand and media strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare KPI‑driven reports, and recommend optimisations for future initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate studies or certifications in Digital Marketing, Strategy or Project Management are a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in an advertising, digital marketing, branding or integrated communications agency, managing corporate or multinational client accounts.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, digital media, campaign execution and performance metrics.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or Trello.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics and major social media platforms.
• Ability to interpret performance reports and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
