Alternative Ownership Financial Analyst & Project Manager

About the role

Stronghold and Purpose Owned are seeking an experienced professional to support alternative ownership transitions for businesses. As an independent contractor, you will combine financial analysis expertise with project management to help design and implement ownership structures that benefit employees.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate alternative ownership options such as employee ownership, cooperatives, or other shared‑equity structures.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ownership transition initiatives.
• Coordinate with business owners, legal advisors, and employee representatives to gather data and align objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations that summarize financial findings and transition roadmaps.
• Monitor progress of implementation phases and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience with alternative ownership models and financial analysis related to ownership transitions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and assess feasibility.
• Effective project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently on a project‑based basis.
