Appointment Setter – Business Development Rep

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a high‑energy Appointment Setter to drive outbound cold calling and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential partners, introducing our platform and securing demos that fuel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively cold call business prospects across various industries to introduce Club Feast.
• Secure qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Generate pipeline using phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Tailor messaging to match client needs and industry specifics.
• Log all activities and leads accurately in HubSpot.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment‑setting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity targets and book meetings.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Organized, motivated, and reliable while working remotely during US business hours.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.

Required skills

• HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
• Experience with sales dialers and high‑volume outreach platforms.
