Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative to fuel its growth by generating new business opportunities. You will work remotely on US business hours, contacting prospects, introducing the platform, and securing qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold calls to businesses across various industries.
• Craft and send tailored outreach messages via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule qualified demos and meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and lead records in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with sales leadership for coaching and career development.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment‑setting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity and meeting‑booking targets.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self‑disciplined, organized, and reliable while working remotely.

Required skills

• HubSpot or similar CRM platform.
• Experience with sales dialers and outreach tools.
• Familiarity with high‑volume calling environments.
