Associate Attorney – Litigation & General Practice

About the role

Wright Legal is expanding its litigation practice and seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to support both litigation and general legal matters. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base and the chance to develop under senior counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assist with litigation matters, representing clients in disputes.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, sale agreements, and other legal documents.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and reports.
• Attend court for trials, applications, and hearings.
• Provide legal support to senior attorneys and maintain professional client relationships.

Required profile

• Certificate of Legal Education (CLE).
• At least one year of post‑call experience (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates).
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following direction.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
