Associate Manager - Account Management (Team Manager)

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead a team of consultants delivering account management services. You will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the team meets key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team performance to exceed KPI targets and positively impact the bottom line.
• Manage critical metrics such as attrition and shrinkage.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to consultants.
• Report trends and insights to senior leadership and Ops Managers.
• Lead occasional organizational initiatives to strengthen Sutherland’s reputation.
