Audit Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Services

About the role

You will oversee a portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring high‑quality audit delivery and providing strategic oversight throughout the audit engagement cycle. The position combines leadership of audit teams with technical expertise in accounting standards, risk assessment and audit methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex portfolio of new and existing audit clients, leading engagement teams and ensuring quality and integrity.
• Provide expert advice on accounting standards, risk assessments and audit responses, applying professional skepticism.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and lead the adoption of new technologies across audit engagements.
• Develop team skills, adaptability and resilience while effectively resourcing audit work.
• Collaborate with leaders across the Caribbean, Bermuda and globally to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Internationally recognised professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
• 4‑6 years progressive audit experience for Manager level or 7+ years for Senior Manager, including banking and insurance exposure.
• Demonstrated project‑management and team‑leadership experience, with mentoring of junior staff.
• Experience supporting business growth and managing large‑scale client engagements.
