Audit Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Services

About the role

As an Audit Manager or Senior Manager at Deloitte Jamaica you will oversee a portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring high‑quality audit delivery across all phases of the engagement cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex portfolio of new and existing audit clients, leading engagement teams and providing expert advice on accounting standards, risk assessments and audit responses.
• Identify and drive innovation by adopting new technologies and delivering training on regulatory and industry standards.
• Develop team capabilities, resource audit engagements effectively and collaborate with leaders across the Caribbean and Bermuda region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA) and an internationally recognised accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
• Minimum 4‑7 years of progressive audit experience, including banking and insurance exposure, with at least 3 years of team‑leadership experience for senior‑manager level.
• Proven project‑management experience leading engagements and mentoring junior staff.
