Banking Support Associate

About the role

The Banking Support Associate will handle inbound calls from banking consumers, delivering high‑quality customer service. The role involves addressing inquiries related to accounts, payments, products and general maintenance, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional service to banking consumers.
• Respond to inquiries about banking and account issues, products, services, and payment processing.
• Perform general account maintenance and guide customers based on their needs.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2‑3 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language, or a U.S. high school diploma/GED.
• Valid government‑issued ID, Tax Registration Number (TRN) and NIS card.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
