Broker Associate

About the role

FFK Insurance Brokers is seeking a motivated Broker Associate to join its Claims department in Kingston. The role supports the broking team in managing client renewals, developing new business, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the broking team with renewal clients and update client records.
• Research leads and contribute to business development presentations.
• Respond to client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Maintain broking systems and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• First degree in Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• Jamaica Insurance Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience in motor, property, casualty, pecuniary or liability insurance.
• Registered Sales Representative with the Financial Services Commission or willingness to obtain licensing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with broking software.
