Business Analyst – Process & Requirements (T&C)

About the role

KPMG Jamaica’s Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is seeking a Business Analyst to define business needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions that add value for KPMG United States. You will work under the Technology & Data team, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable documentation and supporting continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document underlying business challenges and stakeholder requirements.
• Create workflow charts, diagrams, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Write detailed specifications and recommend controls to address pain points.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Produce repeatable reports highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to understand process engineering and communication needs.
• Develop stakeholder and RACI matrix dashboards for various processes.
• Support impact analysis and organizational change management.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
