Business Development Executive – Finance (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience to accelerate revenue growth in the finance sector. The role is fully remote and focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Present and sell financial products, investment solutions, or services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipelines and CRM records while meeting development targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on go‑to‑market and client acquisition initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
• Track sales performance, pipeline value, conversions, and revenue metrics.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Financial Services, Fintech, or Investment.
• Strong understanding of finance, financial products, investments, and financial markets.
• Proven prospecting, negotiation, presentation, communication, and deal‑closing abilities.
• Track record of achieving sales or revenue targets.
• Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, market research, and stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness and client relationship management skills.
