Business Development Representative – AI & FinTech (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a native‑English Business Development Representative to join a fast‑growing AI company that serves the financial services sector. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities with banks, credit unions, fintechs and other financial institutions in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers within financial institutions.
• Run independent discovery calls and qualify sales opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and improve prospecting efficiency.
• Build and optimise outbound campaigns using CRM and automation platforms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve outbound activity and pipeline generation targets.

Required profile

• Native English speaker.
• Proven experience as a BDR, SDR or outbound sales representative.
• Comfortable making cold calls throughout the day.
• Ability to run discovery calls independently.
• Familiarity with SaaS or FinTech sales is a plus.
