Business Development Representative – Outbound Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to fuel the top of our sales funnel. In this high‑activity position you will focus on B2B outbound prospecting, engage decision‑makers, handle objections, nurture leads, and book qualified appointments for our Executive Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day, complemented by email and text outreach.
• Research target companies and identify key contacts.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track all activities.
• Handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, and move conversations beyond scripts.
• Book qualified appointments and ensure smooth hand‑off to the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to keep pipelines active.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with outbound cold calling and appointment setting.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong U.S. business communication skills.
• High‑activity, results‑oriented mindset comfortable with 100+ calls daily.
• Resilient, competitive, and able to handle rejection.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Available Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and sales dialer platforms.
