Business Risk Analyst

About the role

The Business Risk Analyst will monitor risk controls, investigate revenue assurance and fraud alarms, and work with cross‑functional teams to minimise exposure for Digicel’s telecom operations across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor revenue assurance reconciliations and fraud mitigation controls.
• Track and investigate alarms that fall outside KPI thresholds to identify root causes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams and ensure timely closure.
• Record incidents, calculate potential revenue loss, and maintain the incident reporting system.
• Validate new products, services or promotions for correct processing and fraud‑free operation.
• Conduct ad‑hoc investigations following customer fraud or scam complaints.
• Perform testing to uncover fraud or revenue leakage scenarios.
• Maintain and update system parameters to detect emerging fraud patterns.

Required profile

• BSc, BA or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in data analytics, business intelligence or fraud management.
• Over 3 years experience with at least one programming language such as Java, C++.NET or C#.
• Strong numeric, analytical and presentation abilities.
• Ability to liaise with IT, technical and commercial stakeholders.
