Carrier Account Manager

About the role

Digicel is seeking a Carrier Account Manager to drive new‑business revenue, manage a portfolio of carrier customers and ensure high‑quality service delivery across its digital connectivity network. You will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, mitigate churn risk and build lasting relationships that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual new‑business revenue targets and related KPIs.
• Manage a portfolio of carrier accounts and prospect new customers to expand the portfolio.
• Serve as the go‑to person for account queries, resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Identify, track and mitigate churn risk for assigned customers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present service proposals, pricing offers and drive contracts to signature.
• Mobilise internal teams (legal, technical, service delivery, leadership) to meet account performance goals.
• Oversee the set‑up of new accounts and ensure timely renewal of existing contracts.
• Provide actionable insights on competitor activity and industry trends.

Required profile

• Primary degree in Technology, Business or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate sales, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Knowledge of data services such as Subsea, Terrestrial, Ethernet, MPLS, IP Transit and Hosting/Co‑Location.
• Relevant sales certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
