Client Booking Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Client Booking Specialist to assist clients with researching available options and coordinating booking requests based on their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements
• Research available options and services
• Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements
• Coordinate booking requests and confirmations
• Review reservation information for accuracy
• Provide clients with relevant details and updates
• Assist with changes and special requests
• Maintain accurate client and booking documentation
• Follow up when additional information is required
• Communicate with service providers as necessary
• Provide ongoing client support throughout the process

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Customer‑focused attitude
• Good online research abilities
• Comfortable using email and web‑based systems
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up skills
• Previous booking, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
