Client Relationship Officer

About the role

The Client Relationship Officer will support the Branch Sales & Relationship Manager in growing the bank’s portfolio through existing and new customers. Working at the UWI branch, the incumbent will deliver high‑quality service, promote JN Group products, and help achieve sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and refer quality leads for JN Group products and services.
• Profile existing members, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and present suitable solutions.
• Monitor potential revenue losses, alert management, and assist in mitigation.
• Provide account opening, registration, and channel education to members and customers.
• Report and follow up on any member or customer experience issues until resolved.
• Prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring compliance with the 6 Cs of Lending and internal risk parameters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in the financial services sector, with exposure to mortgage and personal credit.
• Strong communication, selling, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑service orientation.
