About the role

Tailor Luxe Concierge Agency is seeking a full‑time Concierge Agent to work on‑site in Kingston, Jamaica. The role involves delivering personalized lifestyle and concierge services to a discerning clientele, ensuring every request is handled with discretion and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize and respond to client requests via phone, email or in person.
• Arrange reservations, travel bookings, transportation, and appointment scheduling.
• Provide tailored recommendations and information based on client preferences.
• Greet and assist clients at the front desk, manage inquiries and direct communications.
• Maintain accurate records of all requests, services rendered and follow‑up confirmations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely, high‑quality support.

Required profile

• Strong experience in concierge services and reservation management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven front‑desk/receptionist experience handling calls and visitors.
• Outstanding customer‑service orientation with professionalism and empathy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality, tourism or business education is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as client needs dictate.
