Content Marketing Manager

About the role

The Content Marketing Manager will bring CORAL’s brand story to life across digital and print channels. Working closely with the Associate Director of Brand & Communications, the role leads the content marketing strategy, ensuring consistency of voice, visual identity, and mission while engaging supporters, partners, and the global conservation community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CORAL’s social‑media strategy on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, set KPIs, and run regular experiments.
• Manage the Ambassador Program, grow participation and create collaborative opportunities.
• Plan, build and launch email campaigns in HubSpot, including audience segmentation, A/B testing of subject lines, send times, layouts and calls‑to‑action.
• Design graphics and marketing collateral for emails, website updates and other digital assets.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Stay current on emerging digital‑marketing trends, AI tools and platform updates, proposing innovative ideas to keep CORAL’s marketing fresh.
