Contract Analysis Officer – 6-Month Temporary Role

About the role

The role supports KPMG United States’ Contract Advantage Enablement Team by analyzing client contracts, cataloguing metadata and ensuring accurate classification within the Icertis CLMS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Perform contract language analysis and manage client contracts, cataloguing metadata in the Contract Management System.
• Maintain quality control, update standard operating procedures and use KCA (Icertis CLMS) together with approved AI tools for automation.
• Evaluate AI data extraction effectiveness, provide feedback on error trends and support prompt optimization.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, offer platform improvement suggestions and support contract hierarchy management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; a law degree is not required.
• Minimum two years of experience, preferably as a Paralegal, Quality Assurance, Compliance or a similar role.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
• Hybrid work model with at least five days per month required in the Kingston office.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Icertis CLMS (KCA) and AI‑enhanced contract analysis tools.
