Contracted Procurement Associate

About the role

The Contracted Procurement Associate supports the procurement function by sourcing vendors, processing purchase requests, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This position contributes to cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and smooth operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process approved purchase requisitions.
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders within defined timelines.
• Source goods and services that meet quality, budget, and operational requirements.
• Obtain quotations, support competitive bidding, and track order delivery.
• Resolve procurement issues such as delays, discrepancies, and vendor concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships with approved suppliers and evaluate their performance.
• Support vendor onboarding, accreditation, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide sourcing solutions.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and generate procurement reports.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
