Customer Care Associate

About the role

We are looking for dynamic, emotionally intelligent team players to deliver a world‑class customer experience for our members in the sharing‑economy space. As a Customer Care Associate you will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving operational issues and collaborating with Operations, Sales and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to member inquiries and escalated operational failures.
• Collaborate with Operations to communicate solutions, reduce member impact, and identify proactive measures.
• Analyze operational lapses, provide feedback, and drive member communications during recalls or weather events.
• Manage member charges, reimbursements, refunds and credits arising from escalations.
• Assist in identifying parking locations, fleet requests, and audit operational processes to minimize negative member impact.

Required profile

• 5 CXC passes, including Math and English.
• 1‑2 years of customer service or public‑facing experience (preferred).
• Availability for a 40‑hour weekly schedule, including weekends, holidays, and possible evening or overnight shifts.
• Strong written communication, empathy, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technology quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with ZenDesk ticketing system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL or other data‑analysis tools.
• Familiarity with car‑share models, fleet management and policy creation.
