Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join DHL’s team in Jamaica. As the voice of the company, you will ensure every interaction is positive and help improve the lives of our customers, one shipment at a time.

Key responsibilities

• Track and resolve shipping errors, manage product orders, and handle delivery statuses.
• Field a high volume of inbound calls from Jamaica and other countries, understanding customer needs and promoting services.
• Use various database and web‑based programs to provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with other departments during outages and redirect calls as necessary.
• Identify sales leads and service improvement opportunities during interactions.
• Provide accurate, confident answers to customer inquiries.
• Champion a positive service experience with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Increase customer self‑service by recommending MYDHL+ and other online tools.
