Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a leading solar panel company. The role involves handling service requests, providing estimates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working remotely as a contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Gather necessary information for service‑related requests.
• Prepare work order estimates based on market and company rates.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues in solar installations.
• Communicate with customers, dealers, sales managers, support specialists, manufacturers, accounting and operations teams.
• Document service issues and resolutions accurately.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings.
• Escalate complex service requests to Customer Support Specialists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Strong attention to detail when recording project information.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work 11 am – 7 pm CST, Monday‑Friday.
